A seminar titled “Legislative Drafting in Practice: Insights into Law Making in Bangladesh”, organized as part of the course Legal Conveyancing and Drafting, was successfully held on June 20, 2025, at 11:30 AM in the Moot Court Room (A-601).

The session was honoured by the gracious presence of Md. Nazmul Hasan SarkerAssistant SecretaryLegislative and Parliamentary Affairs DivisionMinistry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, who served as the Guest Speaker. His presentation offered invaluable insights into the practical dimensions of legislative drafting in the context of Bangladesh. The seminar also featured an interactive question-and-answer session, which further enriched the participants’ understanding.

The seminar was conducted by Md. Mutasim Billah KandakerLecturerDepartment of Law, and course teacher for Legal Conveyancing and Drafting.
