Intra-Department Moot Court Competition 2025

Intra-Department Moot Court Competition organized by the Department of Law, has been successfully completed. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, notable display of research and commendable advocacy skills of the students. 

Preliminary rounds and semi-finals have been conducted on 26th May. After the day long advocacy showdown, two teams had qualified for the final. These two high-caliber teams engaged in a fierce legal battle on 27th May at the grand final round at A-601. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the champion team (LexUltima), runners-up team (Abogados) and individual award winners for their outstanding performances. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our judges, faculty members, volunteers and organizers for the smooth execution of the event. Special thanks goes  to our honorable VC Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shorif Uddin, GUB, who elevated the spirit of the occasion as the chief guest. The gracious presence and constant support from Treasurer Prof. Dr. Md. Fayzur Rahman, Dept. of EEE, Dr. Md. Arifuzzaman Chairperson, Dept. of Law, and Dr. Md. Mehedi Hasan, proctor, GUB is praiseworthy and inspiring. The competition served as an enriching platform to experience critical thinking and professionalism among future legal minds.
